ADP State Team Day Camp Information (2020)
1 ADP State Team Day Camp Details
Selected players (2002-2009) will be evaluated at the State Camp which will lead as a pathway of early player identification, team development, and player team advancement opportunities. The State Camp will provide an opportunity for players to be coached by ADP staff and to train at an elite level with other Alaska players. Players should attend the camp in their District or the District closest to their home. Players who choose to attend an additional camp may register for both camp locations.
The ADP State Team Day Camp will hold sessions throughout the day; the camp will not be an overnight camp. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic along with following US Soccer, US Youth Soccer, and CDC Guidelines. The ADP program will not coordinate player accommodations for lodging, travel and meals this year.
2 ADP Payment Deadline
Fairbanks State Team Day Camp ($120) July 31- August 2, 2020 - Payment must be made at time of registration to reserve spot.
Anchorage State Team Day Camp ($120) August 3-5, 2020 - Payment must be made at time of registration to reserve spot.
Deadline - July 24, 2020, Late Fee ($30) will be applied to registration after July 24, 2020. Registration will close on August 1, 2020.
NOTE: Players MUST submit the Alaska Youth Soccer Health Status Agreementto to their club or ADP prior to attending the camp.
3 ADP Player Requirements
Equipment- Players will wear shin guards and bring their own soccer ball and water bottle to each training.
Supplies- Players should use hand sanitizer before, during and after training; face mask if desired.
Mask- Players should wear mask before and immediately after all training.
Sanitize- Gear and equipment should be washed and sanitized before each training.
Parents- Please plan on ONLY dropping-off and picking-up your player- We are limiting spectators for Socially Distancing Purposes.
Carpooling- Keep transportation to household members only (especially for those traveling long distances) if carpooling is necessary, wear mask in the car and drive with windows cracked or open if traveling with non family members.
4 AYSA Return to Play (RTP) Protocols
ADP will follow Alaska Youth Soccer Return to Play (RTP) Protocols along with adhering to all Federal, State and Local guidelines and requirements. We ask that the youth agree to NOT attend the camp if either they or a household member has had onset of illness with symptoms compatible with suspected or lab-confirmed COVID-19 in the prior 14 days or are within 72 hours of exhibiting significant symptoms or a fever and/ or recovering from a case of COVID-19, are less than 14 days from onset or less than 72 hours since the end of significant symptoms or fever. If the player is not attending for health reasons, please contact Brain Lux the ADP Director to remain on the selection list.
