This year State Cup was not all about Competition, the Alaska Rush and Eagle River Soccer Club hosted the first TOPSoccer Showcase. The players played a fantastic game with tons of goals being scored. Alaska Youth Soccer President Joe Ver, Vice-President Polly-Beth, and Executive Director Kay Jones were on hand to witness the enjoyment that all the kids had. Both Soccer Buddies and TOPSoccer players showed off some real soccer skills and demostrated to all the spectators that anyone can play soccer. Continued on TOPSoccer page........

Coach Christy Odum said that the girls had a good time in Anchorage and that she was especially pleased with this recongnition because one of the emphasis this year was to "Play Fair"
