Alaska Youth Soccer announces the 2011 ODP program. Starting in Sept. we will be offering monthly ODP training sessions. The goal is to include as many players as possible in the process. This means players will get the opportunity to work with other ODP players and coaches to advance their skills and see what it takes to be on the state ODP team. Although the training sessions are not called "tryouts" after the final February state-wide training session in Anchorage the players will be selected for the ODP team. In the past the costs for tryouts have ranged from 25.00 to 75.00 and then minicamps were an additional 250.00. This year the total cost for all the training sessions will be 200.00. Our goal is offer more hands on training at a price that is affordable. We want to encourage as many players as possible to be a part of ODP and the training. Registration online is now available. You have 2 methods of payment, by check or money order for 200.00 or online credit card for 200.00 plus 15.00 convenience fee. Please note for 95 age group is $125.00, they do not attend Feb statewide event.
