Important Notes
- Registration closes July 21. This is a hard deadline; teams registering past this date will not be granted participation in State Cup.
- The fee for team registration is $800. Teams may pay by credit card, check mailed to AYS, or paid by club. All payments must be received by August 1.
- Please register in the correct group:
- 2014 – U12
- 2013 – U13
- 2012 – U14
- 2011 – U15
- 2010 – U16
- 2009 – U17
- 2008 – U18
- Rosters are locked August 1. Please make sure all is correct.
- Teams must have a representative (club admin, coach, manager) show up at the AYS headquarters located in the trailer at the center of the FYSA complex during one of the following times:
- Wednesday, August 6, 6:00pm – 8:00pm
- Thursday, August 7, 9:00am – 12:00pm
- Teams must present to AYS:
- Two copies of their roster. AYS will sign off on both rosters, which must be presented to referees prior to each game.
- Laminated player passes that match the roster and include the player’s name and photograph. If a player does not have a laminated player pass at each game they will not be allowed to play.
- The following required additional forms:
There is no parking fee, however for those wishing to camp at the field complex, FYSA requests a $30 donation to cover facility cost, payable to FYSA at the event.
FYSA also requests that all campers register here⧉ prior to August 6.

State Cup FAQ
The Alaska State Cup will be open to competitive teams 11-U through 19-U. All teams must be Alaska-based and Alaska residents to be eligible to participate. Players, coaches, and teams must be currently registered under the AYSA umbrella in the 2024-2025 seasonal year with a valid team roster with AYSA player cards. No out-of-state players or guest players may be rostered for State Cup.
Teams and players must have participated in an AYSA-sanctioned summer league or have been approved through the Affiliate Team Eligibility Waiver for Geographic Constraint communities and be currently in good standing with AYSA.
