The Alaska State Cup is open to competitive teams 11-U through 19-U. All teams must be Alaska-based and Alaska residents to be eligible to participate. Players, coaches, and teams must be currently registered under the AYSA umbrella in the prior seasonal year with a valid team roster with AYSA player cards. No out-of-state players or guest players may be rostered for State Cup.

Teams and players must have participated in an AYSA-sanctioned league or have been approved through the Affiliate Team Eligibility Waiver for Geographic Constraint communities and be currently in good standing with AYSA.
